Recurring billing which is also known as subscription billing is a standard feature and available on all Webpay accounts. With recurring billing, a merchant business can securely store their customer's credit card or bank account information and then automatically bill that payment method according to a set schedule. You can manually add customer payment information to the recurring tool or utilize a Webpay integration method or a hosted payment page for easy and secure collection.

Recurring Subscriptions
Webpay recurring billing can accommodate all types of common subscription intervals such as weekly, monthly or yearly billing and when you need even more specific and custom intervals Webpay makes it easy! Set custom intervals, such as charge the customer every 3 days, or charge them on the 12th of every month. You can also charge them quarterly, or bi-annually, or every 2 months. There are many options!

The Webpay recurring tool also lets you set the subscription to bill the customer continuously until the customer cancels the service, or set up a specific amount of payments like 3 billings or 6 and then the recurring billing automatically ends. This makes it great for temporary subscriptions and payment plans. Let your customers pay for larger items in a few easy payment installments. Once you set the subscription, it is all handled automatically by the Webypay recurring payment tool and your customer is emailed a receipt after each payment.

Subscription Plans
To make it even easier to manager lots of customers who have the same recurring billing subscription, you can easily create Subscription Plans and assign them to your customer's recurring billing profile. A merchant business can have subscription levels such as Silver Membership or Gold Membership. These subscription plans are set up with the subscription details including how long, how often, and how much is being billed. Adding customer's to a Plan makes it easy when you need to update the billing for all those customers, all you have to do is make 1 easy update to the Plan details and every customer is on the updated plan.

Card Updater
All of the stored recurring payment data can be optionally checked by the Webpay Card Updater. The card updater will frequently check for expiring or invalid credit cards and then automatically fetch the new card data from the card networks. So you no longer have to spend time contacting customer's for updated payment information and your customer's subscriptions can continue running uninterrupted!
