Online Invoicing
With the Webpay invoicing tool, you can generate invoices that can be paid online by your customers. It's easy, just add service and product information to the invoice with detailed line items and then click send and the invoice is automatically converted to a PDF, and emailed to your customer with your company name and logo. Your customers can submit payment quickly by clicking a link in the invoice and choosing to pay with a credit card or through ACH. The invoicing tools also supports cash payments and in-person, credit card chip or swipe payments through a connected hardware terminal.
Each invoice can save and include lots of other important product and service information, such as invoice terms, due date, sales tax, order ID, purchase order number, order description, billing address, shipping address and more!
For quick invoice generation, Webpay invoicing is integrated with the Product Manager, making it even easier to quickly add products or services to an invoice.
Plus, with advanced searching it's easy to sort by paid, closed or past due invoices or search by customer name, company or other details so you never lose track of invoices and their payment status.
