The Webpay Virtual Terminal

The Webpay virtual terminal is extremely flexible and accommodates multiple payment methods. It can accept credit card or ACH payments, and payment data can be keyed-in or processed through a hardware terminal. For fast transactions, merchants can quickly select which products or services to bill for by adding them to the transaction right through the integrated product manager. The virtual terminal can also record cash payments, making it easy to consolidate electronic payments and cash payments into a single reporting interface!

The Webpay virtual terminal can be accessed through any web browser on any computer or smartphone, and is also available in the mobile app.

Keyed-in Payments
The virtual terminal is often used for processing phone or mail orders where the payment card is not-present. These are typically orders where the customer submits card or bank account numbers to the merchant through a phone conversation or postal mail order or a similar method. The Virtual Terminal allows the merchant to key-in the payment details and process the transaction.

Card-present Payments
The Webpay virtual terminal also connects to hardware terminals for processing in-person card payments. Simply bring up the virtual terminal and add any relevant customer data or product and service info, then select the card reader as the payment method and now the customer can tap or swipe their card and the transaction is processed!
